Can from Base Camp. Very dark brown body, blackish, seems darker than the stated 40 EBC. Off-white, thick head. Dry aroma, caramelly notes, light cocoa, some dried figs, some fruity hoppiness. Lean taste, fruity (tropical) hoppy notes, some dark fruit near the finish, light malty undertones, creamy. Vague bitterness. Very much decent light black IPA going towards hoppy brown ale.

Can from Base Camp. Murky dark yellow body, off-white head. Tangerine and coconut aroma with light malty undertones evident from the start. Soft and flowery.. Coconut, tangerine and woody taste, interesting, with soft maltiness. Good, modern beer!

Tap at Zil verne Clock Tap Takeover. Really a classic easy drinking IPA. Med-thin body, med-high carbonation. Light caramelly maltiness and med-light sweetness, but otherwise hops centered, med-high bitterness, moderate grassy, piney, resiny hops character. Does not blow your mind, but is a rewarding classic west coast IPA.

Can from Base Camp. Hazy amber body, whitish head, medium, gone fast. Big oily buttery note before some stone fruit. Diacetyl? Diacetyl. Great. I really expected better from Clock. Creamy, fruit, raisins. And whipped up butter. Lean taste, caramelly, empty, light berry notes, some slick diacetyl, no bitterness, ending a bit dry, resinous. Not west coastish as well. Has some light upsides, but just doesn't work that well in this shape, form and/or batch. 65 IBUs it doesn't have.

0.5l can - at the Devět křížů rest stop first, shared by Tomáš M. on 20.3. (thanks!), tried again on 22.3., shared with pictoman - can from BaseCamp. Muddy ochre body, lasting white head. Oaty aroma, somewhat peachy. Oat juice taste, herbal hops, some peach, a bit bready, a touch of lemon. BIg carbonation. I mean, okaay, had better AF IPAs, but it's for a great cause, so yay!

Poured from the tap. Hazy pale blonde with small white head. Decent amount of lemongrass with mild rosemary and a hint of lavender, sprinkle of salt. Quite nice.

Poured from the tap. Clear gold with full white head. Light biscuit malt, citrus hops and a resinous finish. Slightly subdued overall, but a decent example of the style.
