BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Orangey golden colour, bubbly rim and aroma of apple, funk. Taste is sweet, appley, juicy, alittle tartness, citric, honey, with mellow acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, lingering sweetness finish. Nicely drinkable

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Orangey gold colour, bubbly rim and aroma of apple, core & skin. Taste is tart, tangy, appley, toffee, fleshy, with some drying acidity and tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry fleshy acidic tannic finish. Quite drinkable

11/10/2024. From BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours very slightly hazy pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is musty, slightly woody, vanilla, soapy, sweet pear, cheesy edge. Medium sweetness, light sourness. Moderate body, oily watery, soft/low carbonation. Okay.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. My English cidery #498. Slightly hazed orange gold colour, no head and aroma of wood barrel, oak, vanilla, pear. Taste is peary, tropical fruit, apricot, woody, oak, vanilla, with some acidity. Light to medium bodied, low carbonation, dry fruity woody oaky finish. Quite drinkable
