Sample with Grumbo via Ed. Aroma is woody, grape, apple core, tannic, herbal and piney. Decent body, slightly bitter but was lively.

Bottle pour at The London Cider House, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma is restrained, with barnyard funk and champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is complex, with bone dry apple skins, complex barnyard funk, some tannins… man, endless depth here. Funky, champagne-y finish. Wonderful.
