Panda from danlo, cheers Ed. Pours mildly hazed orange gold with dissipating white foam. Aroma: apple, mild caramel, hints of funk. Taste: towards moderate sweet, apple, caramel, stone fruits, mild acidity, low to mid tannins. Medium body with light carbonation.

750ml bottle from Pullo. Hazed orange gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, loamy hints. Taste is sweet, juicy, fleshy, appley, stone fruits, with alittle earthy funk, some acidity and drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Sample with Grumbo via Ed. Aroma is woody, herbal, caramel, funky, barnyard, twiggy and leaves. Good body, smooth and sweet. Decent body and drying finish.

3/9/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear orange amber with a few bubbles. Aroma is funky, apple, barnyard, twiggy, light herb. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Drying sweet finish. Nicely done.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo. A light hazed deep orange coloured pour with a halo of bubbles. Aroma is woody apple, medicinal notes, barrel, spicy, vinegar licks, barrel, green sapling. Flavour is composed of green apple, bark, farmyard green berries, tart crisp, good funky farmyard apple. light tcp. Palate is crisp, rounded, tart, fine carbonation.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 23/08/24. Copper coloured pour with a white cap that dissipates to the edge. Nose is funky apple, herb, wood must, dusty oak, hedgerow. Taste comprises dusty apples, straw, tannins, orchard wood, barnyard esters, modest acidic bite, light funk. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light drying close. Not bad.

750ml bottle from Pullo. My English Cidery #487. Opened with a loud pop. Orangey amber colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of apple, grape, funk. Taste is sweetish, tart, apple, fleshy, fruity, with grapey notes, some grape skin, citric acidity and alittle woody tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.
