very hazy grey-ish pale yellow colour, large, though not too stable off-white head; aroma of smoked cheese, grains, bread crust and slight citruses,taste is similar to the aroma though with much more intensive citruses and also some peppery-spicy aftertaste; intensive carbonation; a bit too souris-citric for a smoked beer for me
