Personally, I have found thos beverage really enjoyable, good job for this small brewery, solid bitterness, citrus, tropical notes of passion fruit, mango, lychee, dry malt, floral and aromatic, 23.06.21 with Raoul at the Galicienne, Prilly-Malley.

very hazy breyish bright brown colour, minimal, off-white head; aroma of pineapple, marmalade or candied orange peel, biscuity and celery notes; well balanced bittersweet taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; great one!
