A solid red ale between some Irish and American influence. Sharing this beer with Raoul yesterday. A small and lovely brewery with a tasty and fresh red ale with a note of fresh and roasty malt, yeasty, a bit fruity, regular hop at the final, 22.04.22

hazy pale golden colour, medium sized dense ecru-ish off-white head; aroma of peachy, tangerine, lemony, some grapefruity, wheaty, oaty and slight celery notes; taste of hoppy bittersness, syrupy- marmalade and the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; quite good one

Hazy pale golden colour, moderate sized, dense beige-ish ecru head; aroma of marmalade, honeycomb toffee, pine resiny, some yeasty-soy sauce-like, tropical fruity and peachy notes; taste has the same notes with intensive resiny-hoppy bitterness; amazing west coast-style IPA

It was for me, the surprise of this year 2019, powerful amarican pale or white ipa, so citrus, so bitter, passion fruit, mango, fantastic, 01.02.19, purchased at the pibar, tasting it at Epalinges.

In my point of view, it is a brilliant pale ale with all the qualities that you could expect, the hop is the king, lovely bitterness.l, 12.01.19, at the closed bar de l'autre côté, Lausanne.

Tap at Higgings. Light hazy rosy golden, offwhite head with a faint pink shine. Fresh raspberry and herl basil aroma. Basil more prominent on the palate, herbal, light licorice, medium light mellow body, dry raspberry fruit, basil retronasal Well balanced flavors that are pleasant and work.

Tap at Higgins. Clear amber pinkish. Lime, raspberry, sweetness salmiak. Taste is rather flat and bitter, with a soapy sticky raspberry aftertaste. Can't find the basil.

Tap at Higgins. Murky deep golden. Blood orange, orange peel, hops. Taste is front heavy, creamy, sparkly, then rather full, fruity; slightly sticky aftertaste. Not bad.
