[44cl can from a Co-Op in Bromborough, Wirral, at 4.5%ABV.] A bright amber pour with a tight cream coloured head; citrus aroma; sweet and citrusy in the mouth; with a lasting sharp grapefruit finish. A pleasant summery IPA.

Clearish gold with a bubbly head. Tropical passion fruit notes. An earthy notte that is out of place followed by fruity passion notes. Not bad, but that earthy note is off putting.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - deep brown to black and opaque, creamy off white head. Nose - luscious milk chocolate and sweet coconut. Taste - Bounty Bar, sweet dessicated coconut engulfed in creamy sweet milk chocolate. More than edge of vanilla too. Palate - creamy texture, very sweet. Overall - it has achieved what it has supposed to, but I'm getting a little bored of pastry stouts, as against all malt stouts now. This one could do with a little roast to balance out the extreme sweetness, for me.
