Sample at the taproom. Clear pale golden color with a medium thin white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Spotty lace. Aroma of malt, mild hops and fruit. Light to medium body with flavors of grainy malt, mild grassy hop and fruit. The finish is sweet with a fruity yeast and malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the taproom. Brown-black pour with a medium beige head that diminishes steadily to a dense film. Patchy lacing. Aroma of roast malt, coconut and vanilla. Medium body with flavors of chocolate malt, toasted coconut and vanilla. The finish is sweet and roasty with a coconut candy bar aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Refrigerated 12 oz. can poured into a weizen glass. Hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is wheat esters, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is wheat esters.

On draught at the taproom. Cloudy orange color with a medium frothy white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lace. The aroma consists of herbal hops, tropical fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, grapefruit, melon and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter and creamy with a fruity hop aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Quarantine Beer #008 sampled at home on 03/15/2020. Brown-black pour with a medium tan head that diminishes steadily to a dense film. Patchy lacing. Aroma of roast coffee, malt and hops. Medium body with flavors of espresso, charred malt, bittersweet chocolate and hops. The finish is roasty with a mocha aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Aroma of citrus, herbal hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of floral hops, grapefruit and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
