Can. A- Hoppy, floral. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Bitter, citrus, grassy. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, bitter finish. O- Okay, a pretty normal IPA. Nothing too exciting about it.

Sample at the taproom during Nocterra's 1st Anniversary Party on 02/08/2020. Turbid orange color with a medium frothy white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of citrus, herbal hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of floral hops, grapefruit and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at the taproom during Nocterra's 1st Anniversary Party on 02/08/2020. Slightly hazy golden-orange color with a medium white head that burns away steadily to a film. Strings of lace. Aroma of citrus, gin, yeast and spice. Medium body with flavors of lime, oaky gin, herbal yeast and doughy malt. The finish is tart and oaky with a lime and gin aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Sample at the taproom during Nocterra's 1st Anniversary Party on 02/08/2020. Cloudy dark orange color with a medium thick frothy white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lace. Aroma of herbal hop, tropical fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, tropical fruit and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

On draught at the taproom. Hazy bright orange color with a medium white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of citrus, wheat and cherry. Medium body with flavors of salty citrus, cherry, wheat and doughy malt. The finish is tart with a salty lime and cherry aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at the taproom during the Bottle Release: Schussing Sticks Winter Sour event on 01/25/2020. Clear reddish-copper color with a medium thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Sparse strings of lace. Fruity aroma with malt in the background. Medium body with flavors of berry wine and malt. The finish is dry with a rosé wine aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the taproom during the Bottle Release: Schussing Sticks Winter Sour event on 01/25/2020. Clear orange-amber color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lace. Piney aroma with hop and fruit notes. Medium body with flavors of piney hops, lemon and malt. The finish is hoppy with a piney aftertaste. Decent overall.

Malt, chocolate and peanut aromas. Medium body with flavors of roasted malt, peanut and chocolate. The finish is sweet with a peanut butter cup aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at the taproom during the Bottle Release: Schussing Sticks Winter Sour event on 01/25/2020. Clear copper color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Sparse strings of lace. Malt, hops and fruit in the nose. Light body with flavors of caramel malt, mild grassy hop and fruit. The finish is mildly bitter hops up front with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the taproom during the New Beer: Phase 2 IPA / Can Release on 11/09/2019. The beer is a clear dark maroon-amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lace. Tart fruit, spice and wheat in the nose. Medium body with flavors of tart blackcurrant, citrus, cinnamon and malt. The finish is tart with a spiced fruit aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
