Draught at the brewpub, small stable bubbly head, clear palish yellow colour, lots of pomelo, especially in the flavor some woodiness behind and a bit of onion and light maltiness behind, empathic medium citrusy bitterness, light fruity sweetness. Really nice and enjoyable.

Draught at the brewpub, small creamy head, clear deepish orange colour, fruity citrusy aroma, flavor of peach and nactarine with a graininess behind and a lemony hint, mellow medium herbal biterness. Nice and drinkable.

At the brewpub, small stable creamy head, dark muddy brown colour, light noticable roastiness, dark bread, some bittersweet chocolate and a bit of caramel, medium to strong herbal bitterness, light sweetness. Nice and flavourful.
