At the Brewpub, small creamy head, dark brown color, aroma of chocolate, dark bread and some maple, flavor of dark bread with some metal and a hint of dark fruit, medium shrubby bitterness. Nice.

Draught at the brewpub, small stable bubbly head, cloudy pale orange color, aroma of citrus, wood and some tropical fruits, sweetish flavor of citrus ,onion and a bit of tropical fruits , medium empathic citrus peel bitterness. Very good.

At the brewpub, small stable creamy head, clear dark yellow with lots of brownish hues, aroma of lightly roasted coffee and mocha, same traits in flavor with a bit of chocolate and fruitiness, a bit light bodied. Nice and interesting.
