Pretty classic polotmavy and christmas spice mix. Med body, med-high carbo. Med-high sweetness, med bitter. Med caramelly malt, light dried fruits, light diacetyl. Medium cinnamon clove mix. A bit basic, but works. Good.

Draught (Pivo Grando, Prague) - Dark brown. Smoky aroma with notes of dates and brown sugar. Relatively subtle smoky taste with notes of smoked ham, dates and caramel.

Tap at Pivo Grando with SaintMatty. Hazy coppery-golden, thick, off-white head. Perfumey woody smokey aroma, with vague green apple underneath. Lean, dry taste, light sweetish maltiness, almost peaty smokey vibes, wood, ending dry. Okay.

Tap at KMP with Fil and Míra. Thx! Clear copper body, off-white head. Sweet maltiness and light tropical notes in the aroma. Smooht, soft sweet grainy taste, light tropical touches again. Okay, fun take, maybe a bit too sweet!

Tap at KMP with Fil & Míra, thx! Hazy dark amber-golden body, again indicative of oxidation. Tart and sweet aroma, peachy and malty notes. Sweet taste, tropical notes lactose, bit cloying, hitting a wall of harsh bitterness in the finish, warming... ooof, this one was undrinkable... The brewer can do better - the recipe itself needs tweaking, but I'm surei it was better fresh.

Tap at Slunce ve skle 2024. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Grape hoppy notes, funky, bit minerally. Dry, sweaty grape taste, minerally, oniony, bitter. Unsure about the hop profile in general, but that's tnot the only thing that I'm unsure of here, likely needs tweaking to begin with.

Tap at Slunce ve skle 2024. New brewery, yay! Slightly hazy golden body, lasting off-white head. BIt yeasty, floral and lightly herbal aroma. Lean taste, floral, herbal, sweeetish, cleanish, light caramelly maltiness, herbal bitter finish. Bit flat but nice.
