Description
CZ: Proč Upside Down nebo-li Vzhůru nohama? protože máme zcela netradiční přístup k pivnímu trhu. Pavel, Mirka a Michał začali svou dobrodružnou cestu prodejem piva, nikoli jeho výrobou. Společnost Upside Down sídlí v České republice, ale fyzicky vaříme v Polsku. Chceme vařit piva svrchňáky na trhu, na kterým jenom ležák je považovaný za pivo… Naším hlavním cílem je vytvářet piva, která spojují to nejlepší z pivních zkušeností Polska a České republiky.

PL: Upside Down czyli Vzhůru nohama/Do góry nogami – bo do rynku piwa mamy zupełnie nietypowe podejście.

High sweet, med-light clean sour. Weirdly clashing aromas and flavors, neither really works. Apples, prickly P, and white chocolate just do not come together, at all. And there is no beeriness either. An all around failure.

Tap at Prague Beer Fest 2026. Hazy yellow body, off-white head. Lime dominates, the papaya and mango are kinda in the background. Bit watery lime presence in the taste, vague tropical. Okay, at least it's not brutally sweet.

Tap at Pult. Hazy full lightly blueish vivid greenoid body, traces of a greenish head. Vanilla, bit nutty, on some gooseberry in the aroma. In the taste the creamy vanilla-pistachio combo even feels slightly out of place, sticking to the top of thr mouth weirdly, while the fresh kiwi-gooseberry combo carries the beer to drinkability, even likeability somewhat. Proof that adding too much can detract. Just 2 places left till I finish my 2025 Prague Beer Pass, yaaay!

Can from Ondernulpuntvijf. Mango and passion fruit aroma with a hint of wheaty malt. Light sour and sweet taste, could have used more sourness.

Can from Ondernulpuntvijf. Sour citrus aroma with lots of zesty citrus peel, lime. Moderate sour flavour with a little bitterness. Light body. Quite pleasant.

Tap at BGB with Gurthnar. Clearish golden body, white head gone soonish. Oh wow, clear pastry aroma, some vanilla and caramel cake, no fruit... Lean, sweetish vanilla and caramel taste, low tart pear perhaps in the dryish finish. Tasty really, but I'm happy with half a sampler.

Med body, lowish carbo. High sweetness, hint of sour. No bitter. Does not even feel very peary, rather just sweet, honeyish and generally fruity. Light cinnamon. Does not work for me honestly, sugary flavoured drink.
