On keg at the Bow Bar. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - custard and canned mandarins. Just a light citrus tang. Taste - lemon curd and marmalade. Palate - light to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Very carbonated. Overall - carbonation a bit too much. But decent.

On cask at the Bow Bar. Appearance - pale golden with a decent head. Nose - fresh lemon and a hint if light malt. Taste - tonnesof citrus. Light straw at the back. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - a good example of the style. Good ale.

Pigs Ear Day 1. Cask. Hazy deep amber beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has modest fine carbonation. Lots of tang in this one, especially the tangy dark fruits, prunes notable. Light semi dry finish. Tangy fruits linger on. One of the better milds here today.
