Tap at 100 piv. Rather thin body, medium carbonation, slow pour, overfoaming. Med-high sourness, combination med-light lacto and fruity, light acetic, light tartness. Lots of natural raspberry flavour, light yogurty lacto funk, light acetic barnyard twist. Quite good.
