Neighborhood Brewing Company
in Værløse, Capital Region of Denmark, Denmark 🇩🇰
It started small based on a great interest in beer with flavor and body combined with a great curiosity about the processes behind it. After a time of good brewing in the small brewery - small batches of 20 liters, some well-tested recipes were established. Demand from family, friends and neighbors increased rapidly. In 2020, the commercial side started.
The brewery in the small batches in the brewery continues at a high pace, preferably together with family and friends. It's smart to have a small setup when it comes to finding new exciting beers.
And then there's the name. It started as a small brewers' guild in the neighborhood. Big Al and Mamma D think Neighborhood Brewing Company is a pretty good name.

Can 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque, grayish yellow with a small, rough, white head. Unclean citrus aroma. Medium body, almost flat. Yeasty, minerally with dry citrus notes and distinct pineapple notes. Quite a bitter finish. 110625

Can. Gusher. Pours slightly hazy amber with rocky, multilayered off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with vinous touches and hoppy notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of malt and flowers, and touches of yeast. Sourish and estery aftertaste with bitter touches. Weird. Infected?

Can, 5.0%. CO2 aroma burns my nose. Later there is a weak fruity aroma. Cloudy copper colour. Very big and very unstable off-white head. The flavour is yeasty and caramelly. But with a dry finish. Very high carbonation.
