Can from 7000 Jars, Kingston. A hazy blood orange red. Foamy white head quickly retreats to the rim. Aroma has sour berries with a sweet edged. The flava is then less sour then I was expecting. It's actually rather sweet. Ribena-esque, with added peripheral sourness and underlying sugar. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Enjoyable. And 7.5%, yet it more like a slightly aggressive Ribena. But not because the cordial to water ratio is wonky. And that's the thing that confuses me... enoyable but more cordial than mead.

Can from 7000 Jars, Kingston. Aroma has sweet if not overly so honey. Light sour edge. Appears completely clear as it pours from.thw can, but on closer inspection it's a very Light gild. Foamy translucent white head soon almost entirely disappears. Initially sour. A dryness to the sourness. Vinous notes but more like a bitter lemond drink. Underlying sweetness is present but doesn't push itself forward. Light. Watery. Fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Certainly sessionable but verging on hard seltzer territory or something like that.
