Keg at Craft Beer Co Covent Garden. A clear pinky red. Thin white head skims the surface. Aroma is more peel than anything else. Some fruit. Medium-heavy sour. Cherry. Cherry stones. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft flat carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Bland Sour.

Can bought at the brewery tap. Aroma is sour, dry. Watermelon and vinous. Hazy pale red tinged orange. Initially bursts out of the carn before calming down with a thin white foamy head. Full-on sour. And dry with it. Tart Watermelon and berries. A dry vinous underbelly. Moreso than a sour gummy sweet. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Good stuff if not great.

Keg at the tap. Aroma is organic, veg. Hazy dull gold. Head is nothing but a thread of bubbles around the inside of the rim. Sour. Not obviously so because there's a chewy gherkin element. Also vinous. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long astringent finish. Cannot complain - it's gherkin beer.

Keg at the tap. Aroma us earthy, yeasty. Clear light gold. Thin foamy white head. Sour. Light citrus. Yeasty. Malty. Slightly metallic. Light. Thin to slick. Soft-fizzy prickly carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Not overly exciting but inoffensive.

Keg at BrewDog Camden, 01/11/23. Moderately hazed orange topped with an off white head. Nose is bitter citric shreds, guava, straw, herb, grains. Taste comprises lychee, sharp citric zest, damp hay, lactic bite, mellow acidity. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering edge. Not bad ... comes over akin to a sour IPA for me.
