Description
It was in an old industrial cement shed in the spring of 2022 that the first pint of Flying Trunk was brewed. Since that momentous day, we’ve dared to believe we might just pull this off.

We’re small (technically nano), but that’s part of our charm — and a real advantage over the big guns. It means we can stay nimble, experiment freely, and focus on what truly matters: FLAVOUR.

Small-batch brewing gives us the freedom to create thoughtful, quality beer using only the best ingredients and absolutely no adjuncts. Whether it’s cask, keg, or bottle, each beer is traditionally conditioned (CAMRA One to Try), allowing the yeast to mop up every last morsel of sugar and create perfect, natural CO₂ bubbles — the ideal start to a proper pint.

We’ve now moved into our new, larger premises — just next door — and opened the doors to our very own Tasting Room & Bottle Shop. It’s a relaxed, comfortable space where you can sample our latest brews, take your favourites home, and talk nonsense about hops.
