Cask at Alehouse, Taunton. Pours clear deep chestnut with beige foam. Aroma: malt, caramel, hedgerow, light citrus. Taste: light to moderate sweet & moderate bitter, mildly piney finish. Medium body with average carbonation.

Cask at Egham Beer Fest Summer 24. Aroma has rye spice with a berry edge. Slightly opaque amber. Thick foamy white head. Initial spice washed away by a sweet doughy wave. A slight bitter bite. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. On the bland side.

Cask at Ring of Bells, Taunton. Pours clear orange gold with white foam. Biscuit malts with some citrus. Light to moderate sweet & bitter. Towards medium body with moderate carbonation. Fair bog standard pale from a new brewery.
