Tap at the brewery tap. Clear dull gold. Thin foamy white head. Aroma has lightvherbal sweetness and bready malts. Flavourwise it has some citrus bitterness and sourness alongside sweeter fruit and those bready malts. Light. Thin to slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation
Long dry slightly astringent finish
Enjoyably easy drinking stuff.

Keg at the brewery tap. Slightly opaque amber. Thin foamy translucent white head. Aroma has the lightest of light resin and grainy malts. Gradually develops some fruity sweetness. Flavourwise it has some initial resinous bitterness before jammy fruits sweep through. The bitterness then returns. However it's never particularly punchy. Light-medium bodied. Slick..Soft-average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Enjoyable enough but somewhat restrained Westie.

26/9/2025. Draft at the London Brewers Alliance Beer Festival 2025. Black pour with a long lasting creamy pale beige head. Aroma is chocolate, malt, dark fruits and berries, ashy and slightly plasticy edge. Moderate sweetness, moderate roasted bitterness and body. Quite smooth, light spritzy carbonation.

Keg at the brewery. Aroma has cloves, citrus, malts... convinced me this was a White IPA as it is Wit-esque and the barmaid just told me it contained wheat. Hazy orange. Thick foamy white head. Fruity. Tangy citrus. Underlying cloves and yeast. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Slightly chalky. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Nice.

Keg at the brewpub. Aroma is citrusy, malty. Clear copper gold. Thin white head is limited to some build-up around the rim. Citrusy. Bitter edge. Underlying malts. Bitterness prevails. Light-medium bodied. Average carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Enjoyable. Probably an APA but pump clip so vague.
