750ml bottle from Wine Reserve, Cobham. Aroma is kow key - dry peel. Clear light amber. No head. Very sour. Dryly so. Underlying hints of sweetness..Tannin. Light. Slick if thin. Soft carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Was told that there was a point where they were worried that the original cider was going to have to be relegated to cooking purposes. Very dry. Not particularly exciting.

Bottle from Wine Reserve, Cobham. Aroma had peat and musky apple peel. Cloudy dark orange. Frothy fizzy white head. Medium sour juice. Peaty streak with a whisky warmth. Light. Thin if slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Alright. No mistaking the peated whisky but ultimately flat.

Bottle bought at Ripley Farmers Market. Some apple but it's all about the heavily peated whisky in the aroma. Light gold, slightly hazy. White head just rings rim. Taste matches aroma. Sweet apple with warming peaty whisky. Sour into the finish. Thin. Watery. Fizzy. Long low key finish. Decent smoky cider.
