330ml bottle from BWS Rockdale Plaza. 8.2%. Clear pale pink colour, short-lived fizzy head and aroma of berry, apple, suphur. Taste is sweet, berry, appley, syrupy, cardboardy, with alittle tartness. Medium bodied, high catbonation, sweet finish. Quite sweet.

440ml can from Dan Murphys, Hurtsville as Kopperberg "Hard Apple" Cider 7.0%. Clear pale yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of apple, papery, sulphur. Taste is sweet, apple flavour, sugary, paper, citric. Medium bodied, high carbonation, drying sweet sugary finish. Pretty bad.

500ml bottle from Sainsburys Darlington. Clear very pale yellow colour, short-lived white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of pear, sulphur. Taste is sweet, peary, syrup, sugary with some sulphury notes. Medium bodied, high carbonation, lingering sweet pear finish. Quite sweet.

500ml bottle from Sainsburys, Darlington. Clear very pale pink colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of strawberry & pineapple. Taste is sweet, strawberry & pineapple flavourings, sugary, candy, with alittle citric tartness. Medium bodied, high carbonation, very sweet finish. Taste like lifesavers sweets.

500ml can from local shop. Pale golden colour, white foam head and aroma of apple, sulphury hint. Taste is sweet, appley flavouring, sugary, candy, citric note. Medium bodied, high foamy carbonation, very sweet finish. Too sweet for me.

A great example for anyone doing a thesis on alcohol marketing as this is more sweet than crisp when experienced... but it's just a more orderable name, right???? A little too sweet for me nowadays, but aged eighteen I would have lapped this up, and that's the target group.

Kolor jasno różowy, klarowny. Piana niemal biała, średnio pęcherzykowa, całkiem wysoka nie trwała.
Aromat generalnie słodki, owocowy (malina, czarna porzeczka, borówka), landrynkowy, z lekką nutą perfumowaną.
Smak zdecydowanie słodki, cukierkowy.
Wysycenie średnie. Ciało półpełne. Tekstura gładka. Posmak długi, słodki.

Isle Of Wight Holiday Beer#21. Although it's a cider this time. Crisp light mango. Sweet and easy.. Pale appearance. Fruit represented well.
