Old Hights Brewing Company aims to celebrate the rich history of Hightstown, while providing a comfortable respite for our community and visitors alike to gather. We are three local families with a passion for craft beer and our community. Since opening in June of 2020, our comfortable and inviting beer garden and taproom have become a local hangout as well as a destination for many craft beer lovers. With 16 taps, we are continuously serving up a variety of craft beer styles, both traditional as well as keeping up with some of the newest beer trends. From IPA's to sours we have something for everyone! Come visit our amazing taproom and loft area or grab a table in our spacious beer garden or by the firepits. Make sure to check out our menu to see what's on tap today. Food is not served at the brewery, but we encourage patrons to bring their own or visit one of our local eateries in Downtown Hightstown. 16 ounce can from brewery. Number one with a bullet. Medium gold pour. Puffy white head dissipates to a small cap. Spotty lacing. Interesting herbal hop aroma is balanced by grainy malt. Flavor is earthy malt, herbal hops and lemon zest. Clean and crisp. Easy drinking.

16 ounce can from brewery. Number one with a bullet. Hazy yellow gold color. Large, pillowy white head. Floral hop aroma hints at citrus and pine. Flavor is sweet citrus with notes of tangerine, grapefruit, lemongrass and mild pine. This brew has an abundance of flavor for a Session IPA. Tasty.

My 40th Old Hights rating. 16 ounce can from NJ WineMakers in Cranbury, NJ. Number one with a bullet. Translucent mahogany brown color. Large frothy tan head. Toasted malt aroma hints at brown bread. Some nuttiness as well. Flavor upfront is sweet roasted malt and mild cocoa. A hint of coffee on backend. Tasty.

Crowler from brewery thanks to Jim G. Bright copper color. Frothy beige head. Nice lacing. Toasted malt aroma hints at caramel. Flavor is sweet toasted malt. Some hop spiciness in middle. Hints of grapefruit, orange pith and pine. Some warming alcohol as well. Sticky mouthfeel. Dry finish.

On tap at Central New Jersey Beerfest in West Windor, NJ. Number one with a bullet. Hazy yellow gold color. Moderate sized creamy white head. Aroma of passion fruit and peach. Flavor is tropical fruit forward. Notes of pineapple, peach and tangerine. Some hop bitterness on backend. nicely done.

16 ounce can from source. Number one with a bullet. Clear, medium gold color. Creamy white cap. Aroma of Belgian candi sugar and sweet stone fruit. Flavor is sweet and yeasty. Slightly phenolic with a bit too much sweetness for the style. Dries out a bit on the backend. Plenty of warming alcohol as well.
