Description
Old Hights Brewing Company aims to celebrate the rich history of Hightstown, while providing a comfortable respite for our community and visitors alike to gather. We are three local families with a passion for craft beer and our community. Since opening in June of 2020, our comfortable and inviting beer garden and taproom have become a local hangout as well as a destination for many craft beer lovers. With 16 taps, we are continuously serving up a variety of craft beer styles, both traditional as well as keeping up with some of the newest beer trends. From IPA's to sours we have something for everyone! Come visit our amazing taproom and loft area or grab a table in our spacious beer garden or by the firepits. Make sure to check out our menu to see what's on tap today. Food is not served at the brewery, but we encourage patrons to bring their own or visit one of our local eateries in Downtown Hightstown. 16 ounce can from brewery. Number one with a bullet. Orange brown color. Small bubbly beige head. Toasted malt aroma hints at toffee and baked bread. Earthy, bittersweet toasted malt flavor upfront. Spicy, brown sugar notes. Sticky mouthfeel. Herbal hops on backend.

16 ounce can from brewery. Hazy orange gold color. Small fluffy beige head. Fragrant citrus hop aroma. Notes of orange and lemon. Sweet juicy flavor. Pineapple, orange, mango, pear and passion fruit. Some booziness in middle. Soft on palate. Easy drinking for 8.7% ABV.

On tap at the brewery pours an opaque black, off white head.  Nose has malt and molasses and licorice.  Meaty.  Flavor has meat and smoke and malt, sweet, licorice, some cocoa.  Full bodied, off dry finish.  7 4 7 3 12

16 ounce can from brewery. Number one with a bullet. Opaque dark brown color. Small creamy tan head. Subtle roasted malt aroma hints at dark cherries. Zesty roasted malt flavor. Notes of raspberry, dark cherry and milk chocolate. Soft, creamy mouthfeel from the added lactose. Smooth and easy drinking despite the 8.4% ABV.
