Tap at the brewpub. Pours (using iPhone light) an incredibly beautiful hazy red with a near white head. Aroma is strikingly sour blackberry. It has that BFM sour flavor, but in a very tolerable way. That paint thinner impact is so toned down I wouldn’t perhaps have thought of it except for BFM experiences. This is amazing. Brewer indicates lactic acid is a major flavor contributor.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours dark gold with a near white head. Tropical fruit aroma. Medium body. Flavor is tropical frui with some earthiness. Pretty dry. Pretty bitter. Might be a bit dank instead of earthy. Not exciting, but a really solid IPA.

Tap at the taproom. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma of pine and fruit. Med body. Flavor is pine followed by grapefruit. Arguably some more exotic tropicals. It’s mildly juicy. Nicely bitter. Good stuff.

Tap at Blue Note. Pours hazy orange gold with a white head. Aroma is juicy orange citrus. Med + body. Flavor is pretty juicy, seems to have orange zest or similar. It’s not 100% dry, and it is very bitter. Almost astringently so. Heavily hopped for a NE perhaps, but that’s not a bad thing.
