Tap. Pours clear deep copper, small beige head, decent lacing. Aroma is malty indeed, roasty, toffee. Flavor is light plus sweet, very light bitter. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. Not bad.

Tap at the taproom. Pours very dark brown with a tan head. Aroma is coconut with a hint of chocolate. Med + body. Flavor is lots of coconut with accompanying dark earthy chocolate. Dark malt of course. As the pint goes on the chocolate tends to pass the coconut. A lot of flavor in this stuff.

Tap at the tasting room. Pours a dark brown with a beige or tan head. Aroma is darkly, tho not toasty/burnt, malt. Med body at least. Flavor is smoothly darkly roasty with just a hint of bitter. But it works nicely.

Tap at the taproom. Pours translucent orange gold with a foamy white head. Aroma of resin. Med + body. Flavor is dankly pine or resinous dank or something like that. Malt clearly in a supportive roll. Not 100% dry, but very hoppy and quite bitter. A wow beer, tho perhaps one note. Excellent.

Tap at the taproom. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Blood orange aroma. Med body. Blood orange flavor with at least the salt content of a German version. Not weak. Not very bitter. BO sticks thru to the moderately salty finish. Refreshing Gose.

Note: Servitor indicates this was aged in white wine barrels. Tap in the Blue Note tulip at the tasting room. Pours extremely hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is reasonably ripe freestone peach with a possible sour note. Med + body with decent, but not spritely, carbonation. Flavor is peach, a bit astringent, a bit peach pit, smoothly sour (if that makes any sense), and finally wood notes. Or maybe like sucking on a piece of oak. Belches peach pit. Not able to identify any particular bacillus. If I had to guess, I’d say pedio, but the cardboard aspect doesn’t seem to be present. Quite tasty, and relatively easy to drink. Late blooming thought is that the peach might not be freestone. But the pit aspect still brings freestone to mind. Weird that.
