Tap at the tasting room. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is funky/earthy dark cherry. med body at least. Flavor is dark cherry and dark malt - earthy. Neither dry nor bitter. It is clearly sour but short of mouth rending. Overall malty/cherry/mildly sour. Pretty good.

On tap at stackd brewd pours out a crisp golden topped with a small sand head. Tropical fruit touch some citrus and a bread malt. Taste is more of the mix of fruit pineapple and a heavy malt.

Tap at the tap room. Pours clear deep copper with a fine, foamy beige head. Aroma is citrus with hints of tropical fruit - melon? Not finding malt - lots of hop. Med +body. Flavor is quite citrus supported by roasty malt and strange fruit notes. It’s hoppy, but the malt survivies into the finish. Lots of flavor. Good stuff.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours dark brn/blk with a slight tan head. Aroma of whisky and dark malt. Full bodied. Flavor is a good dose of bourbon, chocolate, smooth dark malt. Think I can find oak. Not detecting coffee. It finishes rather far from dry, but it definitely has some bitter showing. Pretty delicious stuff. Didn’t mention heat in my notes, which must be a good thing.

Draft at the brewery tap room. Pours copper/amber with a creamy near-white head. Aroma is strong pine/resin. Med body or better. Flavor is pine/malt up front, but it relaxes a bit towards lighter stone fruit. Finishes rather clean, not making crisp, but towards dry, and hoppily bitter - not NW burn - but bitter. Good drink.

Tap at the tasting room. Pours dark amber with a yellow/beige head. Aroma of pine and fruit backed by light caramel. Fruit seems rather red berry. ? Time for brain reboot. For an amber it is rather dry, and the fruity part of the hop renders it rather refreshing. Drinks really nice. Went through a pint pretty quick.
