Tap at the tap room. Pours very hazy gold with a whitish head. Aroma is hints of earthy sour. Med body. Flavor is earthy, light citrus, yeast; rather fresh considering the dearth. Dryish. Mildly astringent. Seems to thin a little over time. Depending on your concept - it may nail the style.

Tap at the tasting room. Pours hazy amber with a slight white head. Aromas of light citrus and light caramel. Med body or nearly. Flavor is earthy, citrus, mildly roasty caramel. It may say "extra pale", but it’s not very "light". finishes earthy, citrus, fairly dry, and pretty bitter.

Tap at the tasting room. Pours very hazy "crushed" pink/red fruit appearance - head seems lightly pinkish. Aroma is pure raspberry. Near med body. Flavor is raspberry - neither too weak nor too strong - but strong enough to drown out the wheat! Which is a very good thing IMHO. One of the better "RW"s I’ve had.

Tap at the tasting room. Pours dark brown/black with a tan head. Aroma is darkly malty. Med body or better. Flavor is smooth, dark malt, slightly bitter, with chocolate hints. It finishes smooth and malty, but not sweet, and has a rather earthy bitterness. Tasty stout - considering stout isn’t my go-to style that’s saying something.

Tap at the tasting room. Named "9 Lives" at the "official" opening. Pours hazy amber with a beige head. Med body at least. Flavor is citrus/earth/arguably pine. A little dank. Or more than a little. Pretty high level of malt, yet finishes rather dry and decidedly bitter. It’s either behind the curve or setting a new horizon. I enjoyed it!
