Crowler Liz brought from the brewpub. Pours hazy gold with a nice white head. Aroma is tropical in an earthy herbaceous way. Med body. Malt well covered by bitterness. A nice thing in a NEIPA. Juicy but more bitter than sweet for sure. Flavor has citrus, but there's some guava and some pineapple prickles. Good flavor.

Can Liz brought from the brewery. Pours gold with a smallish white head. Light coffee aroma. Med body. Slightly undry. Bitter, but might be from coffee. Good flavor.

Can Liz brought from the brewpub. Pours clear ruddy amber with a decent tan head. Roasty malty aroma. Med body or so. Flavor is roasty malty with some floral hop. Could be some fruity hop in the mix.

Can Liz brought from the brewpub. Pours bright clear gold with a moderate white head. Light floral aroma. Near med body. Fairly dry. Not very bitter. Floral hop with some corn notes for flavor. Not a fave style, but it's good.

Draught at our hotel near Old Town Sac for the Polar Express. Pours a turbid yellow-gold with full white head. Moderately high citrus on both aroma and flavor. Nice find at a hotel for sure.

On tap at the brewery pours out a dark brown topped with a tan head. Nose is nice nutty notes some chocolate malt sweetness. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate nutty and a touch of coffee.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours copper tinged gold with a white head. Aroma of slightly roasty malt with some pale fruit. Medium body. Clean. Towards dry. Nicely bitter. Now I’m thinking pine/citrus. A very tasty APA.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma is mildly pine. Medium body. Dry it is. Clean; moderately bitter. Pine for me. Detectable malt support. I think it would pair nicely with fish. Tastier than some of the brutes I’ve had. Seems a bit drying.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours clear dark brown with a tan head. Aroma is brown with a barest touch of chocolate. Medium body. Flavor is moderately roasty/toasty malt with no bitterness from “burnt”.Think there’s a trace of nut greasiness. I’m pretty sure chocolate lurks. But despite those hints it’s a good clean drink.
