Can from Corti Bros. Pours light, clear copper/amber with a white head. Aroma is spritzy slightly roasty malt. Near med body. Flavor is slightly roasty pale malt with a hint of hot spice. Chili? Not much hop for me, but the spice is making up for that. More dry than sweet. Not bitter. Just a little spicy. Good stuff - considering it's a Vienna.

Draft. Golden beer with a cream head. Summer fruit and light tropical fruit aroma. Tropical fruit and light citrus flavor. Medium bodied. Light summer fruit and tropical fruit linger with light citrus. Easy drinking.

Can from Corti Bros. Pours translucent gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma of orange citrus (light on the orange) and strange herb/hop green stuff. Med body. Flavor is light, mildly, mildly roasty malt with orange citrus (light on the orange) and something that seems green - South African hops - like hay? (which is supposedly the aroma of phosgene gas). And a hint of a fruit bite like passion fruit. It's not that this ale is excessively complex, it's just that it surpasses my flavor experiences to some extent. Bitter, but not harsh. Good flavor. Normally, I would not give a beer like this a 4.0, but the mental challenge deserves it. Besides, it tastes really good.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours dark ambery gold with a white head. Earthy citrus- fruit- roasty malt aroma. Medium body or so. Flavor matches the aroma. Dry, lightly malty and decently bitter. Good drink.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours clear brassy gold with a white head. Aroma is like being hit in the nose with a fruit basket - lots of different fruit, but the impact makes it difficult to understand what happened. Approaching full bodied. It’s clearly hoppy, but I find it very hard to parse. Mild heat is in the flavor. Fairly dry. Moderately bitter. However the overall/total flavor is heavy duty. I like it, but I don’t comprehend it.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma seems rather peach. Med body plus a little. Juicy fruit - pale stone fruit - a bit of citrus for bitter. Juicily undry. Hoppy. Nicely bitter. Not very tropical for me. Good stuff tho.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours brassy gold with a white head. Aroma is weedy/hoppy/greenery. Med body. Very dry. Very hoppy. Not dank. Perhaps a bit earthy. Pine/citrus. Pale malt support seems discernible. Did I mention it’s dry? Quite interesting and somewhat different from the common herd.

Can from Cap Tap. Pours dark brown with a creamy tan head. Ginger forward, ginger bread aroma. It's quite smooth; med plus body. Flavor is ginger, gingerbread, lactose, supportive dark malt. Not getting heat. Smooth, flavorful ginger. Quite tasty. Not at all excessive, flavorwise.

Tap at the taproom. Pours very hazy orange gold with a creamy white head. Aroma is very fruity. Juicy even. Medium plus body. Flavor is juicy pale stone fruit with citrus. Juicily undry, quite, tho not harshly, hoppy and bitter. Really enjoyable.
