Can from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours brassy gold with a decent white head. Aroma of bread that isn't white, mild grassiness and something like toffee. Nearing med body. Flavor is grassy/spicy, bready in a non-pale way, mildly bitter. Yet the whole is more than the sum of the parts I can find. It leaves a massive impression on my mouth/nose sensoria. Seems more bitter than 20 IBU. Surely one of the best Marzens I can recall.

Can from Corti Bros. Pours orange tinged gold with a large foamy/creamy white head Citrus tropical aroma. Thinking some passion fruit. Med plus body. It's citrusy juicy, but there's tropicals and I'm thinking melon and passion fruit. And white grape.Very bitter. Dry. Yet juicy. ? Barely detectable caramel support. The hop is crazy good. Excellent and quite tasty.

Can from Cap Tap. Pours clear brassy gold with a white head that frothed a bit. Aroma seems to have pear skin. Med + body. Flavor has that yeasty/spicy Belgian character. Heat is detectable. There's fruit that seems pear. Hoppy and bitter enough for me. It's good Belgian ale.

Can from Corti Brothers. Pours hazy gold with a slight white head. Aroma is mixed tropical with accompanying orange that suggests tinned orange juice. Going for full bodied. Very juicy. Juicily undry. Some earthiness. Mixed tropical fruits, but excluding passion fruit and pineapple. More guava/mango/citrus. Moderately bitter. Very tasty.

Can from Corti Bros. Pours hazy dark magenta with a pink tinged head. Mixed berries aroma. Blackberry stands out. Med body or so. Flavor is a little wheaty, lightly sweet/tart and has mixed berries. No particular berry seems to dominate. That took some skill! Good beer for a hot day. Which today is.

Can from Corti Bros. Pours gold with a decent white head. Aroma of light malt covered by pine/citrus. Not overdone. Just nice. Med body or a bit more. Flavor almost seems juicy pine/citrus. Could be dank, but not the usual harsh version. Very nice flavor. Malt seems more balanced than obliterated. Lots of hop. At least moderately bitter. Very pleasing in the mouth.
