Tap at Foxtown. Really nice BB Barleywine. Barrel tone is rich and oaky, not hot or boozy. What seems like a really nice English Barleywine underneath, the barrel works well and complements the dark fruit touched, big malts. Really enjoyable.

Tap at Foxtown. Clean, smooth malt tone. Perhaps not as rich as Anchor Steam, but similar tones. Easy smooth malts, not much hop balance. Creamy white head, watched a good pint or two go down the drain trying to get a full pour..which never got there. Blasting away at it like that might have also lessened the carbonation. OK.

Tap at Foxtown. Has really fallen off from the last time I had it. Funky too warm fermentation. Quite odd..perhaps old beer in the line. Disappointing.

Tap at Foxtown. What I see as appropriate for the style, slightly bigger than a regular German lager. Right next door to Bock. Nice malt depth. Good, perhaps a little sweeter than a true version, also less of a factory tone too!

Tap at Foxtown. Kind of odd. Doesn't work for me at all. Feel like it was augmented with syrup. Not an impressive beer or strawberry display.

Tap at Foxtown. Pretty solid stuff. Hazed out a little from some dry hopping. Nelson is there but nothing spectacular. Fully enjoyable.

Tap at Foxtown. Kind of off aroma, true to real poor made Mexican lager style but not what everyone expects these days. Sweet and kind of warm. Really not impressive, quite glad I didn't get a full pour.

Tap at Foxtown. Filtered, light tan-yellow body. Not a lot going on, big corn notes I suppose. Soft on the palate, minimal bitterness. Soft and easy drinking. OK.

Tap at Foxtown. Clean, refreshing fruit beer that is still a beer at heart and not some dreadful puree crap. Light on the palate, with nice dry rice tone. Cherry blossom is steady. Good.

12oz can. Roasty. A lot roastier than I would want my Czech Lager. Drinkable, but doesn't really strike me as a great lager, sort of warm and fruity edges. Oily specialty malts. Disappointing.

Tap at Foxtown. Big whiskey tone, but a lot of fun malt undertones too. Chocolate, oak, whiskey. Bold, rich, a lot going on. A little boozy, warm for the ABV. All three beer come through. Perhaps ends up being a black Barleywine at the end of.the day.
