16oz can. Aroma is quite odd on this one. Earthy, some sourdough notes. I don't find the MI hop tone enjoyable, and the base beer is sort of a mess. Fast fermenting yeast has left a farty, nasty aroma. Not that enjoyable. Want to like it because it has a decent mouthfeel, but the flavors are not good.

16oz can. Deep cheesy lacto sour tone, hints of lemon-lime, tropical peach/papaya sweet tarts. Rather unique, a lot going on. The rye fleshes out the body some. All around interesting, unique beer, fun to see someone evolving the style.

16oz can. Sounded like an odd call, but the blackberry and the smoked pumpkin really workhere. Nothing stands out too much, everything comes together rather well. Steady spelt touched sour backbone, restrained and enjoyable. Cool beer.

Only my 4th beer at Beer Under Glass, and my phone is having trouble transcribing me. A hazy brownish yellow color in the glass, with a slight layer of foam. The smell is pretty smooth and malty. More of a heller bock I think. But yes, the taste is a full bore block beer. Plenty of malt sweetness, balanced by German hop. A beer that cuts through all the Imperial strength beers I've had, and still leaves a nice after-taste on your tongue.
