Draught @ the brewpub. Cloudy pale lemon yellow with a very small frothy off-white head, very faint citrus peel aroma, adequate carbonation, bitter citrus peel taste, coriander flavor in the background, thin body, long finish. Not a very enticing brew.

Draught @ the brewpub. Faintly cloudy copper-brown with a foamy beige head, faint caramel malt aroma, high carbonation, faintly sour medium bitter caramel malt taste, thin body, lomg medium bitter finish. Decent amber ale.

Draught @ the brewpub (Sept 2025). Opaque dark brown with a large spongy tan head, dark chocolate/cocoa nibs and rum aroma, low carbonation, bitter coffee/cocoa taste with faint vanilla and alcohol undertones, thin body, long bitter finish. Bitter but balanced.

Tap at Flapjack. Big vanilla tone. Purple sweet potato in there somewhere perhaps but mostly a sour vanilla show, which works OK. Rich and sweet like a Pasty Sour. Good, unique.
