16oz can. Rather pleasant base, a little sweet still but more traditional with some mild hop balance. Coffee is steady rolling, but not super depthful. All around pretty enjoyable.

16oz can. Thick orange-brown body, thin off-white head. Big pumpkin pie spices, but sweet and rich enough of a base to incorporate them well. Need a little balance, but a pleasant drink still.

16oz can. Pretty legit hazy IPA. Not sure if there is a pinch more bitterness or just big Strata tone. Calypso rounds it out well. I love the moderate ABV, which really lets the hops shine. Good.

16oz can. I've been dreading trying this for awhile, and it is pretty old now, but stayed in the refrigerator taking up space for months. Offputting aroma. Drinks not unlike a Vienna, with some pretzel malt tones, but no finesse, sort of sloppy overall. Aroma is the worst part. Aside from that, fairly tolerable.

16oz can. 3 months from canning. Smells terrible. Estery and bright....not sure why people stopped calling these Brut IPAs...this isn't really a Blonde Ale at all. Has some pleasant bitterness and body, but the aroma and overall feel are just so unenjoyable this is going to be a drainpour. Presumably somewhat better fresh.

16oz can. Buttery, inexpert aroma. Sort of an odd mess of a strong pale lager...I don't really get much Dortmunder tone here. The body isn't that bad, but the aroma is just off and fully detracts. Not that good.

Keg at the brewery. 9/11/22. Clear amber, large white head. Average retention. Aroma of piney, leafy hops. Taste is green, piney, leafy, vegetal, dank hops. Lingering bitterness. Too dry.

Keg at the brewery. 9/11/22. Clear amber, medium off-white head, average retention. Aroma of white grape, caramel, tropical fruit. Taste is grapefruit, resin, toffee, white grape, vinous notes. Slick, moderate bitterness.

Keg at the brewery, 9/11/22. NEW BREWERY! Brewery #2089, USA #1670, Illinois #72. Hazy orange, medium white head, average retention. Aroma of bready malt, peach, rye, yeast. Taste is peach, peach skins, rye, bready malt, yeast. Well balanced. Nice.
