Aroma is moderate apple, apple peel, flowers - elderflower. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is lively - soft. Bottle 200cl. blue plastic.Clear light yellow color almost white, with a small, fizzy to frothy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is light apple, sweet apple, sour apple, chemistry sour. Flavor is light moderate sweet and acidic with a long to average duration, artificial. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100116]

Bottle 56,8 cl. Pours a clear pale golden with a white head. Tart fruity nose. Medium body, some citric acid but not really much apples - or elderflowers for that matter. Ends tart on top of plenty of sugars. 230110

RBESG, Sheffield] Cask @ Marble Arch, Manchester... OH MY so almost water colour ... svery very pale ... swet apple nose ... huge sweet apple then a little dry ... no complexity.
