Pale blond with lasting head and strong carbonation. Aroma and flavour have light citrus notes. Some carton too. Misses a lot of body. This is really watery.

33cl bottle at the Italian Market, KL. The first bottle gushed but they brought me a 2nd which behaved itself. Medium white head. Clear golden pour. Light bitterness.

Bottle at The Italian Market, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a slightly hazy light amber with a long-lasting frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, dry malt, medicinal. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a light crisp, woody floral medicinal hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Not sure if this is supposed to taste like this or whether there is a touch of infection in there.

Tasting at Matt’s
Cloudy amber color. Strong aroma of chestnut honey. Thin body, as always with chestnut beers, some chestnut honey, not much malt, some vegetables.
It’s difficult to brew a true honey beer, and this doesn’t nail it.
