Description
We are Ghislaine and Alain, founders of the Palmyre brewery and beer. Wanting to create a project that reflected our identity, one that resonated with our native Charente-Maritime region, the idea took root on the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route.

After a brief training course in Nancy, we developed our recipes and began marketing our beer in 2017, while also producing small experimental batches. During the winter of 2018, our brewery was built and the equipment installed. With our university degrees from the Faculty of Sciences in La Rochelle in hand, we embarked on this adventure.

Fles op vakantie in Frankrijk geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een licht troebel goudgeel bier met een volle dun wit schuim. Het heeft weinig aroma een hint van mout en citrus. De smaak is moutig, wat citrus en hop. Ebt snel weg.

Fles op vakantie in Frankrijk geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een troebel goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van citrus. De smaak is moutig, fris citrusachtig en licht hoppig in de afdronk.
