I was worried the smoke wouldnt show up but this is a true Grodziskie/ Smoked Sour all the way. The lime and agave are subtle but give it real depth. Rather awesome example of the style.

Tap at the brewery. Big ups to Solidfunk for the add. Creamy, lactosified I imagine, but retains it's porterhood even at the massive ABV. Rich and sweet, but really nice flavors, pretty enjoyable in the 6oz format. Cocoa syrup thickness and mellow coffee balance. Over the top dessert beer, rather well executed.

Tap at the brewery. Rather watery and thin, the lack of bitterness sort of takes away the balance. Really pleasant and drinkable at the same time, delicate strawberry and tropical melon hop tones. Unique, tasty.

Tap at the brewery. Filtered copper body, steady off-white head. Solid beer, good balance, depth. Filtration keeps it clean, but still pleasantly full bodied. Good.

A couple of 16 oz cabs poured, from the brewery, gifted my way. Thanks! Somewhat murky bright golden appearance. Nose is on the dank side, grassy hops, gentle citrus. Flavor is plenty of grassy hops, with a good balance of earthy grains and a subtle juicieness that lingers. Solid, tasty IPA

16 oz can poured to a tulip, picked up at the brewery, and gifted my way. Thanks! Pours a glowing, dense orange with active carb amd very little head. Plenty of things to go around flavor wise with this sour. Tons of juicy orange fruit. Tropical, and cool. Has a nutmeg and winter spice heavy background, which balances, but cuts into the sourness, I'd say. Coconut is present, but a bit of an afterthought for me. It makes this a little on the lotion side, but not enough to bother me. Sourness 4/10. Fruity, spicy finish. Really unique and interesting sour. Smooth for an imperial. Fun brew.

The oak is quite nice. Gives it more flavour, more of a kick than a typical helles. Golden pour with good head and lacing. Crisp finish. Tap at brewery.

Plenty of chai here and it doesn't really do any favours to the style. Some florals. Golden pour with some initial soap bubbles. Overly sweet finish. Tap at brewery. 736313
