0,33l bottle from Sonjan Herkku, Tammisaari. Bbe 03.12.-23. This version is 5.5%. Bit hazy pale golden beer pours hugely from the bottle after opening. Nice and stable, cloudy white head. Aroma and flavor has citrus, herbs, grass, malts. Medium body. Tasty, quite nice.

0,33l bottle from restaurant Höijers, Ekenes. Bbe 03.12-23. Almost clear pale/light brown beer with small head. Aroma and flavor has herbs, yeast, even some ashtray, bit watery and thin finish. Nice though, that this good restaurant has its' own local beer.

Aroma has staple remover and some apples. Flavour has some staple remover tones, some apples, mild minerals. Feels watery, needs more apples.

33 cl bottle @ home. BBE 16.02.2019. Aroma is perfume-like with fruits and sweet apples. Feels Belgian. Flavour is somewhat stinging with minerals, some apple peel and hops. Finishes with some unpleasant vegetable tones. Aroma was promising but flavour is just too dry. More apples please.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - 239/1800, thanks jookos, 20170311) The cider poured pale golden and hazy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had apple juice sugary sweetness and lightly tartness. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were apples, mildly sweetness, apple seeds and tartness. Aftertaste had apples and low tartness. A nice easily drinkable cider.

33cl bottle. Bottle #239/1800.Unclear golden color with no head. Apple juice and mild tartness, apple jam. Flavor has apples, ripeness, mild sweetness, mild sourness in between. Pretty tasty.
