Hazy amber with an enormous foamy head that left excellent lacing. Tangy with golden fruit, yeast, sugar, pepper and faint mustiness with a dry undertone. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

The fatal bite I had was not this color, it looked like lemon aid. First taste is not hardly sour at all, it was listed as a sour at mad mex but its just a strong ale. Medicinal and disappointing. Sad case of switch and bate. After a while, there is not even a hnt of tartness. Just one big fat medicinal strong ale.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a hazy yellow color with a large foamy yellow white head that lingered and left very good lacing. The aroma was semi sweet with yeast and lemon. The flavor was tart lemon and yeast. Long lemon finish. Medium body.

Tap at Hollywood Gardens. Has just a hint of strawberry color in it, but you have to look for it. Taste is initially mild. Friendly as a matter of fact. No detectable negative bitterness in this one, just smooth easy beer, I like it. In the middle I finally get a smooth ghost of strawberry lurking in there someplace. Yes, this stuff is really more like a witbier, so civilized and balanced. Never does the strawberry become forward. Nice job Butler. Will drink another.

On tap at four twelve winery in moon. A good tart Berliner that I could appreciate. Easy to take, lot of fun and no hops detected, yippie! Thin creamy head on a golden cloudy beer. A little bit of domestic processed feel in the end but overall, not bad!

Tap at mad mex robinson. Decent beery nose. Slightly darker than pale. First taste is typical fest with good co2. Goes down fairly civilized and easy. Not bad.
