Pours a hazy blonde. No real head. Scent is straight up coffee, mild roast, tad green and herbal. Surprisingly fresh, yet heavy at the same time. Grinded (powdered) beans. Taste is sharp, acidic coffee, still a tad green and herbal. Surprisingly fresh, herbaceous, lemon and bright.

Pours a dark amberbrown red. Small white head. Scent is funky, light, dark sugar, some cherries. Very fun complexity. Some pepper, cinnamon in hints. Taste is tart, yet balanced. Mild dark maltyness. A 100 % fit , the specific cherry variety and intensity, the mild cinnamon, ... Mild funk. Lovely florality. Very well made.

Pours a very dark bordeaux red. Small pink head. Scent is full, intense red fruits, dense. Very grape forward, even a tannic profile. Taste is sharp, dry, very red wine forward. Tannic, milder co2, balanced acidity. Oak profile is fairly hidden. Cherries and blackberries, overripe strawberry.
