A dark amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light candy sugar, light curacao, light butterscotch, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light candy sugar, curacao, banana esters, alcohol warmth, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

On tap at BiaCraft, pours a hazy dark amber with a medium beige head. Aroma is cloyingly sweet, with tons of cough syrup and caramel malt, not much in the hop department. Flavour is likewise quite repulsive, with cloyingly sweet caramel, cough syrup, and a hint of hop resins. Candied cloying sweetness on the finish. This is nasty.

On tap at Urban Basement, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, biscuity malt and a touch of estery character. Flavour is along the same lines, bringing out saison yeast, light esters and cereal malt. Fairly dry, with just a bit of subdued sweetness from the yeast. Not bad, but not overly interesting.

On tap at Winking Seal, pours a cloudy dark copper amber with a medium white head. Aroma brings out light earthy hops, a touch of resins, and bready caramel malt. Flavour is very malty and sweet, with plenty of caramel bready malt, restrained resinous hops, and candied sugar. Too sweet, bordering on cloying. Needs more hops and less malt. It's not bad, but this isn't a proper IIPA.

On tap at Winking Seal, pours a hazy dark pinkish ruby red with a small white head. Aroma brings out bready malt, light caramel and some Belgian yeast. Flavour brings out Belgian yeast, some fruity esters, and caramel. Quite sweet and a bit too estery, but it's pleasant.

On tap at Winking Seal, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out light vanilla, bready notes and cereal malt sweetness. Flavour is very clean, with cereal malt sweetness, a touch of vanilla and a bready malt base. Very clean and easy to drink in this scalding heat. Nice stuff.
