Nice piney centennial with sweet pale malt, moderate bitterness. Solid effort.

Hazy, pale, medium head…froths up but it is weak. Aroma shows slightly sticky pale malt and a bright clean sterling…gotta be the most refreshing hop, just vague berry and waterfalls and moss and shit. Finish ends up being sweetish and creamy . Good shit, and a sterling pils often is.

Tap at BrewTop Social in SEA. Pours cloudy yellow with small, dense head. Aroma is tropical fruit and slight grass. Flavor is overt fruit with slight malt backbone and slight bitterness. Thinnish mouthfeel is nice as this doesn’t taste like a scraping juicy and is more subtle.

On tap at The Beer Junction, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a weird melange of spices—mostly nutmeg, cinnamon and some coffee. Flavour is crisp, with coffee, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon in reasonable cohesion. Clean and light. The disparate elements actually work okay together. Decent for what it is.

On tap at Beer Junction. Pours clear gold with a white head. Pumpkin and cloves on the nose. Flavour has pumpkin, sweet pale malts, cloves & cinnamon, and a bit of coffee. Meh.

Solid beer. Looks hazy but tastes northwest, which is all good with me as I prefer body. Pine and grapefruit. Some peach, nectarine. Hazy yellow pour without much head. Bitter end. Tap at Brewtop Social at. Seatac.

Draft pint at Brewtop Social. Foggy golden pour, wispy head. Grainy, biscuity aroma. Taste is biscuit malts with a tang at the finish, more akin to a 9v battery then hops.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Logan, Burien. Attractive can, beautiful west coast pour. Clean golden appearance, oily, patchy foam head, sticky lacing.biting bitter piney hop front. Sturdy grain to balance. Citrus fruit which quickly gets buried by a peel bitterness. Grassy and gritty. Piney, bold, and flavorful. Really checks a ton of the IPA boxes for me. A standout IPA here.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Logan, Burien. First visit. Finally! Dark, cocoa cola brown appearance. Lots of loose tan foam. Gentle coffee nose, chocolate, and somewhat spicy malts. Smooth flavor, with caramel and spicy malts balancing each other out. Slight dusty dry cocoa linger. Flavorful porter, light in strength, big on taste. Really fun English style porter snuck in to a taplist / to go case that is seasonally hop forward. Very nice.

473mL can. Pours murky deep yellow with a small white head. Aroma has mango and orange, soft crackery malts. Flavour has some light citrus and stonefruit, soft pale malts; light bitterness. Mouthfeel is on the light side with very low carbonation and lingering alcohol. Not very good.
