Description

Can. Dark brown. Thin head. Kind of a chocolatey, fudgey aroma with a slight fruitiness. Full body - much richer than the nose suggested. That richness comes with hints of molasses, dried figs, some roast malts and still that little bit of fruitiness. The finish has firm alcohol, lots of chocolate, again an almost smoky roast character, and dark fruits. And yet, it comes across light and simple, which seems contradictory. This is a high quality everyday impy.
