LaBieratorium Hell, Fläschchen per Post von der Bierothek, Bamberg. - Helleres Goldbraun, gut trüb; üppiger sahniger Schaum. - In der Nase elegante Zitrusfrucht (Mandarine) mit weicher Süße und feiner Herbe. - Antrunk frisch zitrusfruchtig-hopfenherb mit Mandarine und Pampelmuse. Zarte hellmalzige Restsüße mit Anklängen an Pfirsich und Honig. Durchschnittlich rezent, schlank, deutlich hefig. Im Abgang schlanke Hopfenherbe von Tettnanger. Ganz zart ranziger Nachtrunk. - Moderne Auffassung eines Hellen, die traditionelle (Tettnanger) und neuere (Vic Secret) Aromahopfensorten gekonnt kombiniert. Sehr schön!

bottle from bierpost.com. Hazy-cloudy pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Lovely hoppy nose. Light-bodied, solid malty base, quite aromatic hops for a Helles, citrusy and resiny. A yeasty fruity touch is also present. Very well balanced, a goodie!

bottle from bierpost.com. Pale yellow, hazy, enormous white head, fluffy and stable like foam. Very high carbonation from the start. Shy malty base, lots of fruit and an almost peppery hoppy character throughout, very spicy.

33cl bottle. A clear pale golden beer with a huge good lasting white head. Aroma of citrusy hosp, flowers, pale malt. Taste of dry citrusy hops, spices, wheat, flowers, high carbonation.
