Bottle 50 cl. 6% ABV in my version. Pours black with a huge and frothy, light brown head. A little perfumy in the nose with faint, dusty roast. Medium body only, licorice roastiness - somewhat dusty - with only a faint malt bitterness. Clean and easygoing, but not really potent enough to be an imperial Stout. 180923

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, dark brown with an orange hue and a creamy and lacing, beige head. Spicy, slightly roasty nose. Medium body, fruity, slightly roasty and very dry. Dry finish with little bitterness. Another fine little beer from this brewer. 270723

Bottle 50 cl. Hazy, orangey golden with a creamy, dense, white head leaving some lacework. Fruity, yeasty nose with a soft touch of phenols. Medium body, again fruity or even flowery yet with no real sweetness. The honey seems to have attenuated almost fully. Dryish finish. As per usual from this brewer this is a pleasant and drinkable beer. 260723

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque, dark brown with a creamy, beige head. Subtle roast with a hint of caramel and nuts. Medium body, solid carbonation, fruity, a little candy like caramel with a subtle bitterness. Quite okay. 050723

Bottle, 4.7%. Good nutty and roasted aroma. Smells sweetish, perhaps from the honey. Black colour, seems unclear. Big stable light brown head. The flavour a lot more roasted than I thought from the aroma. Dark malts and dark bread notes. Fairly low bitterness for the style.

Bottle. Pours hazy very dark brown with stable light tan head. Clear aroma of malt and honey, with notes of yeast and mild touches of dust. Bitter, roasty and hoppy flavour with dusty notes of yeast and sweetish touches of malt and hints of honey. Roasty and hoppy aftertaste. Decent. Not an Imperial Stout by any stretch of imagination, but certainly a reasonable honey stout.

Bottle, 4.8%, from TOTDY bottle shop. Pours murky dark brown with small and airy off-white head. Basement aroma with touches of yeast and malt. Sweetish flavour of malt, with notes of basement, and touches of yeast and banana. Bitter and dusty aftertaste. Not bad.

Bottle, 4.8%. Weak metallic aroma. Very dark brown colour, seems quite cloudy. Small frothy light brown head. The flavour is roasted and nicely spicy. A bit watery, but has a good subtle spiciness. Nutmeg or cardamom or something, and I like it.

Bottle, 4.5%. Citric aroma, rotten fruit, acetone. Hazy light golden colour with very little head. The flavour is watery at first, but turns out ok fruity. Fairly low bitterness. Very low carbonation.
