Tap at Cap Tap. Pours lightly translucent, gold touched perry color. Aroma is quite minty, but a touch of cider is present. Med body. Flavor is peppermint in a very moderate way, and some tart green apple skin provides a bit of tartness. Not over done on the “candy”. Not dry, but not overly sweet. Drinkable for sure.
