Bottle, 4.5-5%. Weak buttery aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. OK stable plasticky white head. The flavour is rustic, hint of butter, has some mild grain, barnyard, but not sour.

The smell of honey is quite weak, there is not much beyond it. The beer is definitely not sweet, a bit bitter with some of the bitterness coming from alcohol, you feel the honey only on the finish and it does not dominate the beer. However, for me the beer does not have much to offer. Rather high carbonation combined with alcohol cause poor mouthfeel. Head is minimal, quickly and fully diminishing. 50cl bottle.

Red, with really minimal head. Medium sweetness, light but pleasant bitterness. Medium body, with average carbonation. Fresh aroma, notes of baked rye bread, yeast. Very drinkable. 50cl bottle.
